  • We offer a 12-month guarantee on all our equipment, only for manufacturing defects, with the exclusion of consumable electrical components, gaskets and glasses.
  • Send the request and as soon as possible we will send you the information regarding the offer of the necessary spare parts.

As soon as the machinery arrives, the Buyer promises to promptly examine it and to notify the Seller in writing, within 10 (ten) days of the receipt of the machinery, of any missing or damaged parts of the same that may exist at the time of delivery. The Seller will examine the claim within a short time, and will send the Buyer the products or parts that may be missing or damaged at the time of delivery. In the event that there are no Buyer complaints within the term of 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the machinery, the Seller will consider itself relieved of any responsibility for missing or damaged products or parts at the time of delivery. Claims for products or parts missing or damaged during transport, after the delivery of the machinery by the Seller, must be presented by the Buyer to the carrier or freight forwarder.

The machinery is covered by a warranty for 12 (twelve) months from the date of shipment, limited to those parts that present manufacturing defects, with the exclusion of the electrical system and motors. The warranty does not cover parts that were damaged in transport, by poor or incorrect installation or maintenance or by carelessness or incompetence in use. The warranty is only valid for the originai Buyer and in no case will involve the replacement of the machine. The warranty is void in the event the machinery has been tampered with, modified or re­paired by personnel not expressly authorised by the Seller. The Seller is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to persons, animals or property caused by machine breakdowns or imputable to the forced suspension of its use. The repair or replacement of defective pieces normally occurs at the Buyer's domicile with a charge for the travel, lodging and food expenses of the personnel sent to repair or replace the pieces. The Buyer is also responsible for the working and travelling hours of the personnel; the cost will be quantified based on the Anima3 rate tables in effect at the time of the intervention. In the event that it is not possible, in the technician's unquestionable judgement, to repair the machine at the Buyer's site, he will have the machine shipped prepaid to the Seller, which, after repairing the machinery for free, will reship the machine freight collect. After the warranty peri od described above, interventions will be charged the cost of labour, according to the Anima rate tables, travel, lodging and food expenses, the cost of the parts replaced and any transport expenses for them.
